Internship Overview for Performance Marketing Intern:
We're seeking growth-driven Performance Marketing Interns to join our team and support our efforts in driving exceptional results for our partner brands. As our eCommerce client base expands, we need skilled professionals to assist in media buying operations.
This is a full-time remote internship for a Performance Marketing Intern. The intern will gain hands-on experience in media planning, strategy, and performance analysis. They will assist in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to optimize media buys and campaign performance.
We are looking for hardworking, disciplined, and self-managed individuals who are open to learning and can commit to long-term work.
Qualifications:
- No prior knowledge or experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
- Must be hardworking, disciplined, open to learning, and have a growth mindset
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimizing ad strategies on various platforms (FB, Google, Snapchat, etc.) for eCommerce brands
- Support the media buying team to achieve monthly goals and deliver exceptional results for clients
- Assist in overseeing account deliverables, timelines, and troubleshooting issues
- Help develop and implement strategy-level improvements for clients' marketing and creative teams
- Assist in managing training and upskilling of the media buying team
- Support communication with founders, managers, and clients regarding performance, issues, and feedback
- Perform daily account checks, set agendas, and prioritize tasks
- Work with 10-25 clients to optimize and scale campaigns
- Assist in conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
- Contribute to developing creative strategies to enhance campaign performance
- Optimize accounts daily to ensure maximum ROI

Internship Overview for Creative Strategy Intern:
We at Cheque Media are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as a Creative Strategy Intern. The primary responsibility of the Creative Strategy Intern is to assist in researching, ideating, and creating winning creative presentations based on thorough competitor analysis of our client's brands. Additionally, this role involves managing client calendars, scheduling meetings, sharing meeting links, taking meeting notes, and providing weekly creative strategies for multiple brands. The Creative Strategy Intern will also ensure all key performance indicator (KPI) sheets are updated regularly and assist in conducting website audits for new brands.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses
- Generate creative ideas and strategies to effectively communicate the brand's message
- Create visually appealing and impactful presentations outlining specifications of winning creatives
- Manage client calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication
- Share meeting links, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute actionable follow-ups
- Provide weekly creative strategies tailored to the needs of 10-30 brands
- Ensure all KPI sheets are updated regularly and accurately reflect campaign performance
- Assist in conducting website audits for new brands, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Research competitors of our clients, analyze their strategies, and provide valuable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative strategies with broader business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative strategy
Internship Overview for HR Intern:
1. Lead Outreach & Candidate Engagement
Call and engage with potential leads shared by the team.
Clearly explain the organization’s assessments, offerings, and value propositions.
Build trust with candidates by answering queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Share detailed follow-ups and status updates with the senior manager.
2. Campus Outreach & Placement Cell Coordination
Identify and contact placement cells of colleges and universities.
Share partnership proposals, assessment tools, and recruitment collaboration ideas via email and calls.
Maintain and organize records of campus contacts and communications.
Represent the organization in a professional and compelling manner during outreach.
3. Recruitment Coordination
Support hiring across departments by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain a recruitment tracker with all key touchpoints and feedback loops.
Ensure timely communication with shortlisted candidates and hiring manager.
4. Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in onboarding new hires by providing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
Ensure all legal documents, ID proofs, and internal forms are collected and filed properly.
Internship Overview for Video editing Intern:
We are seeking a talented and experienced video editor to join our team as we expand our eCommerce advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. As our video editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content that showcases our products and promotes our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce video content for Facebook and Instagram ecommerce ads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling video concepts and storyboards
- Ensure all video content is on brand and aligned with our marketing strategy
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Continuously monitor industry trends and recommend new video strategies to optimize performance
